Keep your eSIM QR code or activation details available during installation. A stable internet connection such as Wi-Fi is recommended.

Open Mobile Network Settings

Check that your destination is included in the plan's coverage.

Review the required APN or network settings supplied with your plan.

Try turning airplane mode on and off to refresh the network connection.
